submitted the 30th.

Lol. And here I was thinking that you got accepted. Gee. What a downer.

■■■■■ I WISH! I would have BEEN TYPING IN CAPS LIKE THIS

Haha I just got that email too. I’m excited.

I think we both have a good shot ma kitty!

Wahoo

i got one of those two.

'coustickitty, omg, i know right! this is ALL i been waiting for, well this and UCI.

january is closing, february will be fast for me because i get my A.A. and many friends birthdays, then march sigh

hopefully we all prosper!

lol i’d be pretty stoke if i got into uci,sc,sandiego. this supposedly chillax semester for me turn in to a no homework semester, but i have physics, calc2, discrete math hahah.

I’m excited! February will fly by! And good thing we’re both applying to non-impacted majors phew!

KITTY POWER!

Blarg. I’m under the impression that non-impacted majors are the ones with 30+% admissions rate…asdf

Have you guys heard anything from UCLA?

@Altruition: I thought 30% was for impacted majors. Non impacted means a lot of space but not a lot of applicants compared to impacted majors. Non impacted is easier to get into than impacted.

3.3+ GPA is fair enough for non impacted but def a long shot for impacted. Idk words from my wise counselor…who isn’t like other lame counselors. He knows his stuff.

@Akyla: yeah, I got my UCLA stuff a while back. If you haven’t gotten anything, maybe try calling them?

@kitty: Erk. Different standards? My parents are more towards the Asian style of teaching, if you know what I mean…

@altruition: oh boy. I know what you mean.

@Akylahunter I haven’t received ANYTHING from UCLA either… :frowning: You are not alone my friend. Lol.

Goddamnit. Call them already! I mistakenly sent off an email the day I submitted my application because I “misplaced” my applicant ID. I soon realized that it was already given to me. Now I’m praying that the adcoms don’t see me as a total idiot because of that one incident.

Wait, altruition, you’ve already set up your myUCLA account or whatever it’s called? I’ve only gotten word from UCSD and Cal so far!

^Nothing to set up for UCLA

The email is just a confirmation

Thank you for applying to UCLA! We have received your application for the Fall Quarter 2012. We will be reviewing transfer applications over the next few months and will start releasing decisions towards the end of April.
