I know it’s annoying to read really long lists of accolades for people, so I hope mine wasn’t too long. I tried to condense it enough to give people a good idea of what I have done.

Major: I’m hoping to go into the humanities; however, I’m not sure which one

Colleges:
Real Reaches:
Johns Hopkins University
UPenn (have a connection, but I’m not sure how helpful that is)

Here are all the others, in no order of reaches, matches, or safeties.
Boston College
New York University
Villanova University
Fordham University
UCONN

Those are my top 7 so far. If anybody has any other schools they’d like to throw out, that’d be great. Thank a lot.

Wow, great resume. I think you will get in at your matches for sure. I also think you have a really great chance to get into your reaches. If I
I were you I would write your essay about your Costa Rica experience.
Have you thought of maybe Brown or Cornell?
Good Luck!
chance me back…thanks!

Thanks kmitch. anyone else?

Bump… i know it takes time to read these and respond, but if you do and you have a thread of your own, i’ll gladly give you my honest opinion on your own chances. if you don’t have a thread of your own, then I just hope you’ll post your opinion for the sake of contributing. thanks

Please, anyone?

Bump (10 char)

extracurriculars are amazing… I knew someone last year who had similar extracurriculars but didn’t excel as much as you, but had a 4.0. He went to Stanford. I think you should shoot higher

first off, thanks for the review

Yeah ECs are dang good. Although, im not sure that Prom committe will impress UPenn that much. Yeah, i’d say you have a great shot at all of those schools, even Penn and JHU. good luck

wow, your EC’s are impressive! if i were you, i’d definitely play up the whole costa rica experience.

the only thing i’d work on is your SAT scores…they are a bit too low for somewhere like UPenn, whose applicants have great EC’s AND great SAT scores.

Johns Hopkins University- high match
UPenn- reach
Boston College- match
New York University- match
Villanova University- safety
Fordham University- safety
UCONN- not familiar with the school

it would be great if you could chance me back: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/577849-what-my-chances-chance-me-i-ll-chance-you.html

good luck!
