Guidance on silly question!

Kid has enrolled at Harvard College. Kid mailed the postcard acceptance document, got PIN number, and registered for the email. If a kid received the email, xyzabc@fas.harvard.edu that means process of matriculation at Harvard is complete. She has received the next years course catalogues also.

Just trying to make sure that Harvard will allow an email after one has been accepted and got their matriculation papers work complete. We are trying to make sure that Harvard has received the matriculation papers. I am just trying to make sure, since our postal system is sometime unreliable, and wants to make sure that her paperwork is received by Harvard University. If there was a payment and they have cashed it would have been easy to know about it. However, in the absence of a payment, trying to make sure, those daughters paperwork are not lost and everything that is required that is complete. Thanks for answering such a trivial but very important question (from our point of view from a different country), which can create any problems.

I’m not sure I follow your question. Are you trying to double-check that the fact that your child got a Harvard email address means her paperwork is all set?

There’s a section in this college discussion for different colleges (on my screen it’s on the left under “top forums,” it’s called “Colleges”), if you go to that section they’re listed alphabetically. I suggest asking your question again in the Harvard page, someone who is enrolled there could probably answer it for you.

Proud: Have her call the admissions office and verify that they’ve received her enrollment forms. Get the name of the person that you speak to. If she’s already received her email address, she’s in, but you’ll feel better once she calls.
