<p>Well, Vitter ended up taking Bob Livingston’s seat in Congress - you know, the Bob Livingston who had to resign due to a sex-scandal; the Bob Livingston who was picked to be the successor to Gingrich (another chap who didn’t exactly live up to “family values”) as Speaker.</p>
