<p>A gunner is someone who is ultra grade oriented. All they care about is doing well, and they won’t hesitate to throw someone under the bus if they stand in their way. It is bad because they are usually not nice people to be around and honestly give a bad reputation to those who go into medicine because they actually like helping people.</p>
