<p>well, nop. my guess is that after he avoids her when he used to tease her a lot, is obvious that he doesnt think the same about her, probably beacuse he likes her more, and is now more shy to be around her.
Or else he got a gossip about her, and wants to avoid her, or be far from problems. Who knows, we dont know them. But these three is probably the reasons he is avoiding her. But not necessarily disliking her.</p>
