Habitat for Humanity-esque Volunteer Programs/Oppurtinities

<p>Hi everyone! I’m looking for any nationally recognized or even local (Northeast) volunteering oppurtinities that I could get involved in over the summer. I’m currently not looking for anything educational, but I want to be apart of a program that makes a difference, like Habitat for Humanity. </p>

<p>The problem is that by summer I’ll be 15, so I won’t be able to get involved with construction, but if you know of any program like Habitat for Humanity, that would be awesome! </p>

<p>Also, something that I could apply for around now. Thanks! Any suggestions are appreciated!</p>

<p>(sorry for the repost). Basically, I’m looking for any LEGITIMATE community service youth programs, either domestic or for third world/developing countries with a preferably smaller price tag.</p>
