I just got a 4 on the AP microecon exam and am wondering if I should exempt myself from this class in the hotel school. Would it be repeating stuff I already know? Is it an enjoyable class, or does it tend to be a pain in terms of workload. I was thinking of maybe taking a macro course in arts and sci. thoughts?

The professor (Dr. Carroll) is very enjoyable and entertaining, the curriculum is similar to high school micro econ, but a little more in depth and also with a focus on the service industry. (You’ll look at airline companies, hotels, and retal car companies to name a few) It will probably be somewhat easier than an A&S class, and you will be in the class with all of your hotelie classmates, but you can do whichever you prefer.

thanks, i have it 2nd semester so I have some time to figure it out.
