I’m wondering if anyone has tried a pumpkin seed oil combined with saw palmetto?
I feel like I had some pretty significant stress shedding that started in mid- to late May. I think it’s slowed down, thankfully. I had a stress event in mid-February and switched my oral HRT in early March. Noticed increased shedding in May, so it might have been a combo of both of those.
But, I’ve read some positive things about pumpkin seed oil supplements.
