Halle Berry, Jen Aniston, Sandra Bullock getting dumped

The implicit fallacy in the original post is that beauty should guarantee that one will be loved forever.

If the only reason that one is loved is due to one’s looks, that love probably won’t last. Looks fade or become routine to one’s significant others. At some point, someone will come along who’s better looking or who piques interest because they are different than the “steak” one is enjoying at home.

^Agree, love has no reason, it is not conditional. By all measures, we love some very ugly creatures, people love some very mean individuals, even criminals, killers. If you start listing reasons why you love, then you are looking at what you like about person who you love unconditionally. These are 2 different things.
