Halloween costumes in Chapel Hill?

<p>Is there a costume shop nearby? If I can take a bus there, great. I need one, and I don’t want to spend TOO much.</p>

<p>I would go to one of the thrift stores on Franklin or Carrboro and try to create one. Sid’s Surplus Shop on Rosemary has costumes, but I think that can get kind of pricey. And I know there is a costume place at Southpoint.</p>
