Halloween

Is all about bad taste. Giving strange little children candy, embracing the zombie within and the best part is everybody can dress up.

This year Halloween is on a Sunday, so the " adult" events are on Saturday. I can’t pass up a Halloqueen/Ramones tribute in my neighborhood, but now I need a costume. ( the last time H got dressed up it was 1979 & we both wore a glitter punk sort of look- with eyelash adhesive- not a good idea)

Is it bad taste to go as a fortune teller? ( I haven’t gotten my Super Grover 2.0 costume together yet)

[If only I was this creative](http://forums.thefashionspot.com/f58/what-wear-halloween-59221-41.html</a>)

Maybe I will go over the top punk rock- but some might not realize it is a costume. ( hah- just remembered I have a t-shirt from D’s school that has a big silk screen of Lou Reed- wearing a tshirt that just says * college* <B) perfect.
;)

Do you love Halloween too?

I love Halloween. It’s the best holiday since

you don’t have to visit relatives

no obligatory gifts

if you don’t feel like celebrating–no one gets their knickers in a twist

it’s about creativity not money

CANDY, lots and lots of CANDY

and yes…LOVE the “bad taste aspect”

Our neighborhood celebrates big time. Like many folks here, I leave the door open and it’s candy for the kids and wine or apple cider for the adults.
