I always use a computer and now that I am starting to truly prep for the AP’s, I am realizing that my hand cramps and fast. How can I fix this problem? Also, how do you handle the hand cramps when you have two AP tests in ONE day? Ughhhh

Thanks!

hahaha I always end up chafing my pinky on AP week.

For your problem just warm up your fingers/hand.

“Before you type, warm up your fingers by making fists with both your hands. Open them slowly, and bend your fingers back until they can’t physically go further without external help. Repeat this five times.”

For your wrists, put your hands together like in a prayer position. Move both your hands so that it becomes parallel with the ground. Do this on the left and right side.

Yeah, sorry, but you just gotta suck it up. Unless you begin some sort of exercise routine and do like hand drills and stuff, with a mini obstacle course, breaks, and Gatorade, and build up your endurance before the exams.

Just kidding. Seriously, just suck it up and push through it.

This is how I get rid of them:

Extend your arm with your palm face-up (as if you’re asking for money, but rather with a flat palm).
With your arm still stretched bend your wrist down vertically and pull your fingers back with your other hand.
You will fell the stretching. It really helps.

I hope that made sense.

Also be sure to drink enough water. :)

Alright, I guess I will just suck it up :p.

This is going to be soooo much fun!

Completely feel your pain… I tried Metrical’s suggestion and it actually made the problem worse, haha XD

But gahhh! What am I doing on CC still!? I need to get back to studying!

Impossible >: It works, I tell you! My English teacher showed us in the beginning of the year.
How foreboding of all the writing we’ve had to do.
