Fall is setting in - might have to ask to revive the portable refreshment cart thread!!!
I think I read that Dunkin is offering some NCD deals. Our local coffee shop has $1 caps and $2 lattes - too bad I didn’t know that till I got to work!
I enjoy one cup of coffee several days a week.
So, for National Coffee Day, whatcha drinkin this morning?
I have a cup of brewed-at-work Caramel Drizzle with a healthy splash of half and half and a sprinkle of raw sugar.
Dunkin Donuts will give you a medium dark roast, hot or iced, for free! DH and I took advantage of the deal this morning. We may go to a different one for iced coffee this afternoon.
That’s great Maine! Only one Dunkin in town and it would have cost me enough gas money that the “free” wouldn’t count to get it!
That one cup a day is my only real source of caffeine and I don’t need to overindulge there (see bone density thread!)!
But I know many down a whole pot!
Saw this: Whole Foods Markets is actually having a National Coffee Month starting Tuesday. Customers can receive a 12 ounce cup of coffee for just 25 cents through the end of September.
I don’t like coffee, unfortunately, so I had my usual post-run iced tea this morning. I keep thinking it’s time to make the switch to hot tea, but it was 71 and humid so… I would be all-in for the donut, though!
I’m recently back from New Zealand and I was impressed with how everywhere I went I got great coffee. I had to have my coffee fix each afternoon. Missing my fresh brewed long black. Or my mocha-chino that wasn’t syrupy sweet.
I’m on vacation and missing my espresso machine at home. I drink 2 lattes every day at home, but I can’t always find a good place to buy them, plus I don’t want to pay for 2 of them every day on vacation.
