Thoughts? Will I be overwhelmed? My school does not let you take IB courses before junior year so I have no concept of how difficult they are.

IB classes are very difficult and very demanding. Math HL, in particular, is even harder than Calc BC (which is taken by a very, very small percentage of American students). Java programming is a good idea, I’d keep it.
Check that you completed your state university’s art requirement (for example, UC’s require a full year of art).
It seems excessively ambitious to be taking AP Bio over the summer. Also remember that top colleges don’t want to see “drones”, in the summer they want you to do things that are different, or interesting, or “growth opportunity”, things just for fun, things that show what kind of a person you are… (when Stanford or Yale ask you how you spent your summer, you should have a story about working at Walmart or taking your last family vacation at the beach or helping your grandparents pick strawberries or helping your town’s little league or organizing something… it can’t be “I spent the summer studying”).

Thank you! Do the UCs require a year of art for out of state?

yes, they do, and it trips many applicants.
