The answer is A, which I don’t understand 
Make it a simpler sentence to see what I find wrong about it…
Margo was upset about her mistake.
Margo was upset her mistake.
In this case, shouldn’t it be “that”?
Sure, that works too. Either way, you can’t be “upset how.”
Or “because”
Ah that makes sense
