<p>When you get to those last 2 or 3 questions, some of them have very easy words that make one blank true(and these might be the only ones you know), but hard words that you’re not sure of for the 2nd blank. And then you have those which you don’t know at all. If you see a very easy word like “rebellious” or “daring” on a hard question, should you disregard that if you don’t know the 2nd blank? If you really wanted to guess, would it be better to guess at the hardest words which you had no idea of?</p>
<p>The short answer is “yes.” :)</p>
<p>Statistically speaking, you will <em>usually</em> be better off disregarding the easy choices and choosing hard vocabulary words.</p>
<p>However, <em>occasionally</em>, this strategy will mislead you. Every now and then (quite rarely) the correct answer to the last question contains easy words.</p>
