<p>The cost of out-of-state Harrison is about double the cost of in-state Harrisons, so I think it’s safe to argue that there is some sort of limit on OOS scholarships. However, the distribution of scholarships seems fairly proportional to the applicant pool. I don’t know the breakdown of all of the accepted Harrisons over the past few years, but the yields seem to follow the 1/3 OOS : 2/3 in-state ratio pretty closely. Also, there were fewer Harrisons selected this year, period.</p>
