“For every admitted student with a perfect 2400, there was someone who got into Harvard with a 1960 SAT”

That does not come from a Harvard website that comes from hopelesstoharvard.com or whatever which is nothing but a scam that feeds on applicants’ insecurity.

If you are an Indian national then trust me you will need a whole lot more to get in with 2000ish SAT scores as plenty of people will be applying from your pool with 2250+ and many of them have high level of accomplishments in other parts of the application as well. Of course SAT scores aren’t everything but having SAT over the 50th percentile or at least a score of 2100 with 700 in each section would make it somewhat safe.

And accepted at 2014 would mean Class of 2018. That is still a long way man. Keep your grades up and develop your ECs. Why are you so bothered at THIS point? If you are already getting 2000ish score then you still have time to study and raise the score!
