Harvard and UMD and American U

HI guys. So I went to Salisbury University from 2013-2015. My overall GPA was 0.9. The lowest semester GPA being a 0.0. I transferred to Montgomery College after. (2015-2019). I graduate in may. I was on the deans list fall 2016 with a 4.0. I’ve had 5 semester of 4.0’s. I retook some courses that I failed and overall between Montgomery College and Salisbury U, I currently have a 2.74. At Montgomery College I have a 3.2. If I take 4 more classes in spring and get 4 A’s, my GPA would be 2.92 overall and 3.4 at Montgomery college which would allow me to graduate with Honors at Montgomery College. UMD and American both have guaranteed admissions programs if I have an overall 3.0 GPA and I was admitted to the programs. Since the deadline for AU is Feb 15, I want to know if you guys think I will be accepted or not. As for Maryland, the classes I signed up for spring end March 1st but my overall GPA would be 2.92 and not 3. Should I be worried or do you think I have a good shot at getting the guaranteed admissions? As for Harvard, I’m applying because I wanted to aim 1 step higher. My selling point is I went from a 0.0 to a 4.0. I give all the credit to Jesus, he changed my life when I encountered him in my dorm room at Salisbury in 2013 and made me the man I am today. I’d really appreciate your opinion guys.
Thank you

Why would harvard accept a student who went from 0.0-4.0, when they have a handful of applicants with straight 4.0?
Jesus story sounds great, but honestly, top colleges are usually more liberal in nature and would not be that intrigued by a religious narrative.

Have you considered Pepperdine University ? Any Southern colleges or universities ?

Have you considered a college with a religious affiliation? Your experience may resonate more with them.

First of all I want to congratulate you on your improvement and very strong uptrend. This is great and is going to make a huge positive difference in your life going forward.

I don’t think that there is much point in applying to Harvard. However, the other schools that you mentioned are great universities where you can do very well.

i think you would need to write an essay about your encounter…

I have an opportunity to graduate with an A.A with honors and Make it in to Phi Theta Kappa honor Society if I get 4 A’s by March 1st (thats when classes end) in the 4 classes I am taking. I have 40 days and I need to find the truth to motive me to push through because Im having doubts of whether it will be worth it or not since most of my friends have abandoned me and I have forgotten all about University life. I’m not religious. I believe in faith and reason tied together. The most reasonable thing to do to get to Harvard I think is to goto AU or UMD then graduate with a Magna Cum Laude or a Summa Cum Laude and apply to graduate school. The faithful thing to do is to believe unconditionally I could be one of the 12-16 people out of 1500 applicants that gets accepted because of my hard work up to this point. I get it, I have a 1% chance just like every other applicant. I’m trying to find a distinguishing point to set me apart from the others.
