<p>What did CCers think of the article describing the informal leadership style of the Harvard Corporation? They said of themselves “a bad design that has worked for 350 years”. </p>
<p>I was surprised that they did not feel any more urgency about formal accountability, given the tens of billions of dollars in the endowment, and the policital climate surrounding board responsibility.</p>
<p>Please let’s not make this a rehash of the Summers affair.</p>
