Harvard doesnt have a pre law?

So Harvard doesnt have a pre law major. What majors should we study to get in law school later?

Just choose whatever major you want. In fact, law schools themselves have explicitly stated that they are fine with whichever undergraduate major you choose, EXCEPT the pre-law major. So in law school, there are people who have majored in physics/math/philosophy/humanities/foreign language in college. You should pick the major you will enjoy the most.

I wonder if I choose history, what will I do with the diploma…?
So if you re from another school’s prelaw and apply to harvard grad you’ll be rejected?

Well, not necessarily rejected outright per se, but they would definitely like to see you pursue something else besides pre-law.

what about Law and Legal Studies and Jurid. Sci./Legal Spec.? Will Harvard reject us if we choose those majors?

^This. Plus, who says you’ll still want to go to law school in 4+ years? A lot of people think they want to become doctors/lawyers but then don’t. Who says you aren’t one of them?

During orientation one of the speakers mentioned that there are 46 concentrations (majors) at Harvard College and students have gone on to law school and medical school from every one of them.
