Sounds great to me. Though they’re not focused on one certain field, your EC’s are not “generic” and actually have some substance.
Ivies are a reach for pretty much everyone (as the old CC adage goes) as is Stanford. Dunno about Berkeley. The rest sounds pretty solid.
