<p>^^ I read that article, but for our family it simply is not true. We are currently paying $4,500 more per year for my daughter (a junior) at Harvard than we are paying for my son (a sophomore) at Yale – and the aid is all based upon need with both schools looking at the same figures. As with everything else in the college process, FA is very subjective and will vary from family-to-family.</p>
<p>It’s certainly true if you are full pay. For our two daughters we are/were full pay at Harvard and Dartmouth. And Harvard cost us significantly less.</p>
