<p>Are we only supposed to list two subject tests and two APs, or do we list all of them?</p>
<p>I’ve never heard of an applicant being given a “form” for their interview, but I would list whatever you put down on the Common App, so everything is in-sync.</p>
<p>I believe the form is not something officially supplied by the Harvard admissions office but rather something created by certain local clubs to facilitate the interview process for their volunteer interviewers. So don’t expect any sort of rhyme or reason/standardization…</p>
