There really isn’t such thing as “harvard material”, although there lie many flaws in the system just do what you want to do (don’t look at what other people have done and copy them).
Yours is one of thousands and thousands of “tell me the formula how to get into school X” post. You’ve been on this site for at least 44 posts. How often have you seen a definitive answer for this question?
The most important thing to learn from the RD decision threads is that having 2300+ SATs and a perfect GPA, being fn the top 2% of your class, and being the president of this and that DOES NOT guarantee admission to Harvard.
You can increase your chances by doing well. Work as hard as you can. Prepare for the tests. Learn to write a good essay. Be an interesting person.
But you already knew that.

The simplest way to answer your question is to look at the stats of those who have been admitted.
There’s a huge amount of information here at CC. Spend some time reading around…
However, you will see those same stats for the rejected students. So, you are not going to learn much either way. Just do you the best you can and you will land in the best place for you.
