@entropist I actually dreamed that I was not accepted, but deferred. It was really harsh; I hope that I will be able to cope with a deferral better than I did in my dream. 
I also don’t have any outside pressure: my family wants me to stay in Germany. But I put a lot of pressure on myself.

I had a dream like that, too! It was quite horrible. I’m also now worried that I might not be able to handle a deferral as well as I once thought.
T-minus 100 hours, guys!!!
I had a dream that the admissions counselor that I met showed up to me school, Harvard sweatshirt in hand, telling me, “Congrats, you’re in!”
Another dream I had needs a little backstory. My school broadcasts the morning announcements through the tv studio; we have our own little “channel” within the school, and I am a news anchor once a week.
So…I sit on the set, and get mic’ed up. We start rolling, and the principal says, “Here’s a box that came in the mail for you.” It has no return address. Just your standard cardboard box. It’s December 10th, but I’m not even thinking about that. I open the box, and on top is my acceptance letter along with some Harvard swag. I scream and burst into tears…on live television.

entropist,…You are actually thinking of deferral. That takes confidence man. Me, I am thinking of rejection. Rejection to the point where the admissions committee will surely add (in my rejection mail),…‘Why you waste our time’?
I can’t even remember my dreams so y’all at least lucky, but then again I can’t remember anything if it happened more than a week ago

If I was accepted, I don’t know if I will even have a dramatic reaction. I’ll probably just look at my laptop for awhile then run to tell my parents. I definitely won’t cry because I’m not the crying type at all and Harvard hasn’t been a school that I’ve dreamed about since I was a small kid

I remember having a dream where I had to sacrifice my friend to the flounder gods.
@Soheils Start dorm shopping immediately. Also catching up on the sleep I won’t get during freshman year.
@Soheils I’m going to be fine honestly. I think for me getting that first rejection will be the most upsetting, but I don’t tend to dwell on things.
@QueenN22 I remember almost all my dreams, its so amazing because my dreams are the freakiest lol. But I usually can only have them when I sleep more than 7 hours so during the school year they are diminished sadly 
i didn’t even know what sat was until august and would not have even given sat if it wasn’t required in pakistan
@tuty143 I am the king of weird dreams. I once dreamed that I was a giant 4 feet long spider, with a human face. I also had this brother who worked for NASA and had a crush on his boss. When I finally encouraged him to propose to her, a bunch of terrorists attacked us, so they fled on my back.
I also once dreamed my own execution. For some reason, My executioner was very insistent on convincing me to escape, while I was insisting on being executed.
@schroscat If I get in, I am gonna make some money as an English tutor. I am also going to learn the Santoor, and polish up my sketching skills. (I am already an official English teacher, so I just have to renew my contracts)
@tuty143 Did you love enjoy state? I was at girls state CA this summer and it was the one of the best experiences!

@TLCO99 hated it! But notoriously we have a bad one because of the people (rural town girls are the WORST) so…idk. I met some really great friends but we were counting down the days and complaining the whole time haha.
@schroscat I am already a tutor, I just want a justification to increase my charge.
