Harvard SCEA Class of 2020 Applicant Thread

@WTylerL that’s what I was wondering, because I’m pretty sure you can only supplement things but you can’t redo an essay.

I can’t believe it-- it’s all so nerve-wracking and exciting

@verizonwireless what was the one objective issue, if you don’t mind me asking?

Wow

i really hope everyone here can get in GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US :slight_smile: :slight_smile: :slight_smile:

How many people are procrastinating here :expressionless:

@tuty143 I AM

supposed to be working on a chem lab report right now…

Me too! Supposed to be reading ten chapters of as I lay dying

@flautamagica I read that wrong. I thought you were saying you are just laying down and dying because of homework. I’m like “same”

.

@tuty143 hahaha in that sense the book is very fitting to my situation

Ah, yes, naptime is over.

So the count is officially less than 48 hours?

@Kyuutoryuu 44 hours!

1 day 20 hours 3 minutes 40 seconds!

…until I get my deferral!

How bout I sent Harvard an email weeks ago to confirm if a supplemental rec reached their office and I still haven’t gotten a reply. Here’s hoping they got it

Who do you think gets outright rejected?

@schroscat from what I could tell from last years thread, some people even below 2100 got deferred. It’s still difficult to characterize who gets rejected. But overall, I think we gave ourselves the BEST chance by applying scea

@schroscat people like me with a 30 ACT and 3.85 gpa LOL (Signed up to take it again this Saturday in case I get a deferral)
