<p>Quick question - does anyone know how many people go on the summer school in total? The website says 1000 for the <em>secondary</em> school program, but how many undergrads etc. are there?</p>

<p>I went to the summer school between my junior and senior years. It’s OK, especially for secondary school students, but I found it extremely different academically (read: not as good) compared to taking classes there during the year. Frankly, I think it’s an overhyped program. Nothing wrong with it, especially if your family won’t have trouble paying for it, but it’s not one of the better things Harvard does IMHO. The pre-med classes suffer the least in the summer. What else are you considering doing in the summer?</p>
