The study also found differences in perception between black people in majority-black areas versus those in non-majority-black areas (living in a majority-black area probably correlates to the level of racial segregation in the metro area – note also that the survey found that 40% of those in majority-black areas said that they were in low income areas while only 16% of those in non-majority-black areas said the same).
