Does anyone know the regular decision acceptance rate for those who are deferred early action?

“Early Action admission decisions will be released no earlier than 7 PM EST on Thursday, December 13th. After that time, applicants may log in to their Applicant Status Portal to view their decision.”

@“rêveuse” i’ve heard its roughly the same percent as the rd acceptance rate, so most people see a deferral as a soft rejection since the odds are really against you
@rêveuse the acceptance rate is the same for the acceptance rate for regular applicants. as far as I know, there is no specific statistic released for those deferred early but accepted later
Does somebody know when the full committee meet this year for EA? Last year was right after Thanksgiving for 5 or 6 days?
Harvard usually doesn’t release that information. A few years ago, the Boston Globe said it was 2.3%.

( I only wrote it about it bc it was pretty important to me)

I agree with the notion that deferral is a soft reject.
Is everyone extremely stressed currently? Because is it 100% sure that it will be on December 13? Could it be earlier? Would they update it and possibly make it sooner? Sorry, I’m just really stressing at the moment.
