I’ve heard from several people that if your primary state school does not offer the major you wish to pursue that you can attend another state’s state school for in-state tuition.

I live in illinois and did not apply to UI Urbana-Champagne because there is no guitar teacher on staff and I want to major in performance guitar. I am applying to UW-Madison to major in performance guitar and if i could take advantage of this scolarship that would be rad.

I’ve asked my councelor about it and he had never heard of it. Has anyone heard of this? If you have, where can i learn more about this?
