<p>From what I’ve been reading…alot of people who has reported changes in the past still got in…so I was wondering if they rescind anyone if the person has reported their change early. =/</p>

<p>Heaven has a good point. Not only that, a rescinded student may be even less likely to lurk the UCLA forums (if they still hang out at CC) from the negative experience.</p>
