great essay & letter of rec’s.
what are my chancesss??
and what’s the lowest you’ve heard of anyone getting into washington u?

Although your chances are slim, I would still encourage you to apply. My DD has slightly higher stats than you and is also applying for RD because…you really never know unless you try. It is a wonderful school and her first cousin is a freshman there (and loving it). One never knows, you may have something that this year’s adcoms are looking for and perhaps it may simply be diversity. You can access last years posts from the Wash U. menu…click on the Wash U. in blue on the bottom. You can then scroll through and see if anyone here got in with your stats last year…but chances are, if they did, they were not CC’ers. If you can afford another $50 or so bucks, why not give it a try. Sometimes dreams do come true.

Apply or else you won’t have any chance. I’m still annoyed that I didn’t apply to Princeton, Yale, or Harvard - Was curious if I could get in, and now I’ll never know. Your activities can definitely help you when trying to get into WUSTL - Your SAT IIs and GPA pretty much fit what I had, and I’m at WUSTL now. My regular SATs were a 1470 though.
