Has anyone transferred to Cornell ILR without interview?

<p>Has anyone transferred to Cornell ILR without interview?
I see that not everyone who had interview got accepted but everyone who got in as transfers had phone interviews… Currently I had no interview with ILR. should I assume I am rejected?</p>
