Read good things about this supplement but would love to hear about your experience with it!

What have you read that indicates that a supplement will aid in weight loss?

You didn’t say where you got your information – it may be an entirely legitimate source.

On the other hand, it may not be. Take a look at this report from the Federal Trade Commission:

[FTC Seeks to Halt 10 Operators of Fake News Sites from Making Deceptive Claims About Acai Berry Weight Loss Products](http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2011/04/fakenews.shtm)

There is no medical evidence this works. Total snake oil.

Reduce calories & fat, moderate carbs. Exercise. There are no shortcuts.

For whatever reason the dark chocolate covered acai berries (Costco) have not helped my weight loss one bit.

^LOL! This reminds me of the days of Weight Watchers where you could eat a lot of fat free stuff. At the time, there was mass production of fat free blondies, brownies, cookies, muffins. I gained rather than lost weight.

No, I have not tried the berry pills, but I tried running 15 miles a week, doing 10-15 min of free weights exercises 3-4 days a week, ditching white breads and pastas, and replacing desserts with blueberries, raspberries, melons and similar good stuff. It worked, and I lost about 20% of my body weight. The folks on the Diet/exercise… and Weight Loss for Dummies did similar stuff and are enjoying similar results. :)
