^ yup, sorry, it’s tikka. Coffee has not kicked in yet.
I mentioned that the contents of the two pouches taste great together. I use the rice pouches to supplement grilled steak and veggies.
Oh wait- is the tikka masala not vegetarian? (All I see is chicken when I google.)
I wish we could change the name of this thread to the Costco thread 
The ones I buy are a bean dish (lentils?), no meat of any kind. I will have to look it up what it really is, but it is delicious. 
@romanigypsyeyes, how about the “Indian food that comes in shelf-stable pouches” thread? I buy them, too, but not at Costco.

Think of the pouch as a can. It works on the same principle.
And it’s only in the last few years (or 5, 10?) that some Indian foods got so broadly popular.
romani, the one I got at Costco is Vegetable Tikka Masala: Potatoes, carrots, Tomatoes, Onions, Corn, Green Peas, and spices…says Vegetarian on front, back says Gluten Free, no preservatives, no MSG, Kosher and GMO free…but does contain nuts and dairy…
Have also found on Amazon, although not as good of price as I got at Costco.

Taste bites has a lot of easy microwave meals. Cost Plus World market is a good place to look if you want to try some other variations.
I’m going to pick up the Quinoa brown rice for my D next time I’m at Costco. She is not a cook and likes the Madras Lentils though they are high in sodium. For me I find it pretty easy to cook quinoa or rice but my D likes the option of easy microwave options.
So since BB likes to mix the bean dish with the seeds of change dish I’m assuming the bean dish does NOT have rice as shown in the picture?
