<p>Is it true that Rutgers has raised its admission standards meaning higher GPA and SAT score. Thats what people keep telling me and im a bit worried even though im in-state. Please someone tell me whether this is true or not and if it is tell me what the new standards are compared to the old ones.</p>
<p>I don’t know… I doubt the standards will change all that much. The standards will probably go up from what they were for Livingston and down for what they were for Rutgers College, I’d guess… since they’re filling the same class size and the average SAT and GPA probably won’t change too much.</p>
<p>However, if for some reason they have the opportunity to raise the averages, they probably will. I just don’t see that happening in a really big way this year.</p>

<p>yea im in state too hopefully i get in. If i dont get into rutgers i dont know where else to or where i can get in.</p>
<p>Im out of state and got in with a 3.02 GPA ( 7 Pt Scale) and a 1240</p>
