Has small, new high school hurt chances for Brown?

My college of choice is Brown, but I’m worried that being part of a small, new charter high school has hurt my chances of getting in. I was part of the first class in 2007, so it has been hard to get involved in ECs (nothing was established yet) and my school doesn’t offer any difficult classes.
