<p>I just noticed that the lower canine tooth (fang) on my 13 year old toy poodle is slightly loose. I noticed this because I wipe his teeth with CET mouthrinse solution every day. He has had bad gums and teeth all his life and has only 4 teeth left in his mouth.</p>
<p>Do I just let the tooth fall out? Is there a risk that it is attached to the jaw and will cause damage? I am concerned about putting him under anesthesia to have it surgically extracted.</p>
<p>Any advice is much appreciated.</p>
