Having all prereq grades for your application to be complete

I heard most schools don’t require you to have your prereqs completed by or during the time you apply, as long as you will finish those courses by the time you enroll in dental school. But will you be at any disadvantage compared to people who completed all the prereq’s and have all the prereq grades on transcript? It seems I’ll be taking English WHILE or AFTER submitting my application. So my English grades won’t come out until after the application process is over and I’m either accepted or rejected.

As an applicant you aren’t at a disadvantage to those whom have already taken the class. The main possible loss, which really is minimal, is that the MCAT is based off of the pre-med required courses. So by not having taken classes on the pre med curriculum, your MCAT score may not be at your maximum potential (most likely won’t affect it though, at least not significant enough for it to be a concern).

Luckily the only prereqs I haven’t taken are the two English courses.
I’m very relieved to know that I won’t be at a disadvantage by not having all my prereq grades during application process.
