<p>When I connect to it it just doesn’t work. Isn’t the password the same as the Umich password?</p>
<p>when i connect to MWireless (as opposed to UM Wireless Network) a pop up titled “802.1X Authentication” comes out. My username already entered in as my UM ID. Then I type my password (i’m thinking it’s the same as my UM password, so i type that in) but it doesn’t connect to the internet and a little later the authentification pops up again.</p>
<p>I downloaded the MWireless thing long time ago because it said it’s better (i think it said safer?) than UM Wireless Network.</p>

<p>In order to use MWireless, you have to download a program so that your computer can recognize the signal. Find the site where you can download the signal. Then, you login with your UM username and Kerberos password.</p>
