Hello, I currently have a bachelors degree in nursing, and want to get my dual MSN, MBA degree using the hazelwood act.
I joined the military while I lived in Texas, but now am in CA. If I move to Texas and start using this benifit, will I be required to stay in the state? I will be taking online classes and I would probably be a traveling nurse, so could be anywhere, but I would maintain an address in Texas. Would this work?
