Last year, I ran across this story about Cornell’s glee club. Not quite hazing, but would probably fall under a similar issue of leadership creating emotional harm for… fun? There’s almost no positive outcome from it.

That leader is on such a crazy power trip, wow….The “sick bay” thing really ticks me off. Coming to work or school when infectious is not OK and can cause SERIOUS harm to others. ARGH. don’t get me going on perfect-attendance awards 
I do understand the need to instill a sense of responsibility, but it seems he took it way too far.
