HCA heating - Blankets? Down Comforter?

Time to start packing and we’re wondering whether the Haverford College apartments are as typically overheated (and lacking in individual room temperature controls) as most college dorms - i.e. are sheets with a light quilt or blanket adequate bedding or would a down comforter (in winter anyway) be appropriate? Obviously for the first month or two a good room fan would be more in order than a down comforter, but in fall and winter…?

“HCA” use to be “HPA” which stood for Haverford Park Apartments… bought in the late 1980’s-early 1990’s for student housing. Because they were not originally college dorms (mostly Ardmore famililies lived there with many HC students who wanted an “off campus” experience), the heating is much like any type of apartment complex. I believe the heating is apartment controlled and you will basically have to find consensus with your roommates.
