<p>So I’m applying HCSSiM this year but I haven’t get the “recommendation form” from them yet. I e-mailed both of the program director and the program assistant mutiple times, no responses. I tired to call Professor Kelly at Hamsphire College twice, nobody answered… I’m done with the application weeks ago but I just can’t get that recommendation form from them… Anyone who applied and has the recommendation form? Please send to me if it’s possible, I really appreciate it. :)</p>

<p>The recommendation form came in the mail shortly after my son submitted the “friendly letter” and application. The recommendation form has an e-mail address to which it can be sent after completion: <a href=“mailto:sgoff@hampshire.edu”>sgoff@hampshire.edu</a> Is this who you e-mailed? If you want me to send it to you, let me know what method is preferred.</p>
