<p>I just made the cranberry cilantro quinoa salad referenced by stressed2x in post #36…fabulous! I served it over a salad of mixed greens lightly dressed in a champagne vinaigrette. Thanks so much for posting about it. If anyone is interested, here’s the recipe.
