If we join this program are there any real restrictions on life?

Does it mean no drinking/eating certain foods? or is it only a discussion on the topic?

um, do you think they are going to give you blood tests to make sure you arent drinking milkshakes or eating fried food?

What about alcohol?

Jabbermouth, I was in the Healthy Living program as a freshman. There are definitely no such restrictions on life. It is merely a way to engage in discussion regarding healthy living, if you so choose to do so. My GA did mention that since it was the “Healthy Living” program, alcohol was not allowed. But, all GA’s/RA’s say this at the beginning of the year, so not that much of a difference.
