My son is interested in the kind of juicer where you can just throw in fruits and veggies without prepping them in any way. Any suggestions?

I have the 5 year old version of this and love it.

laketime, can you throw in the fruits and veggies with their peels on? Is it hard to clean?

so I guess we’re not talking about steroids?

The type of things I peel are citrus, bananas, pineapple, mango and ginger. But mostly I just rinse the produce and drop it in and shove it down. Larger apples might need to be cut in half, and I cut of the tops of carrots. Stone fruits should be pitted. So, as I think about it, you can’t just throw everything and anything in. The pulp leftover is very dry, every last drop of juice is extracted. I give the components a quick rinse and then run them through the dishwasher.
