Heavy merit aid possible?

I’m currently a junior and I’m looking at Occidental as one of my schools (the others being UCLA, UC Berkeley, Claremont McKenna, Pomona, USC, and Stanford). However, for Occidental I am looking for heavy merit aid, like in the order of half to full tuition covered. Do you think with my stats I would be competitive for such an award?

(These stats I will have by the end of senior year)
UW GPA: 3.88
WGPA: 4.46
White male (>$250,000)
SATI: 2320 (780 Critical Reading and Writing, 760 Math)
PSAT: 205
SATII: Unknown, but I am taking US History, Math I, and I’m not sure yet the last (either Chemistry or English Language)

ECs:
Member of Literary Chronicles (11th, 12th grade)
Next year I probably will have some position*
Founder of the Linguistics Club (11th, 12th) *Only high school Linguistics Club in at least California, if not the US
Member of generic hospital volunteering club (11th, 12th)
Member of Red Cross Club (possibly a position next year; 10th, 11th, and 12th grade)

Officer for the Youth Leadership Foundation (10th, 11th, 12th grade)
Volunteer at Friendship Circle (11th, 12th)
Member of Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and 1st Aid/CPR certified

APs: will be 11 by next year–AP European History, AP US History, 11AP English, AP Chemistry (sucks), AP Psychology, AP Statistics, AP Computer Science, AP Physics, 12AP English, AP Human Geography, AP US Government/Honors Economics

Awards:
(probable) National AP Scholar
CSF member (9th-12th)

So, what are my chances?

UPDATE: Changing Linguistics Club to Model UN/Linguistics Club next year, probably (Model UN looks better, I think).
